IMO you should NEVER average down on ANYTHING until the SP shows strength & begins moving in the opposite direction & here there’s simply no evidence this has stopped falling.
It's also not the device it's more the bloated second rate Management.
There’s probably fewer heads running the US Military.
As for news I know Under The Radar Report announced they're looking into MVP in their upcoming report they generally release on Thursday mornings from memory but I'm no longer a subscriber there so the release day may have changed.
But should the SP have a miraculous one day bounce soon that could be the catalyst.
It's certainly not the sentiment.
MacGregor et al ruined that many moons ago.
