IVZ need to stop issuing alternate announcements by the looks of it! The one I read today quite clearly reflects strategical investment in IVZ now being sort officially, see below. More than likely this will negate the need for CRs and dilution. Potentially support the company basin wide not just well by well. Many on here looking through a very small (whinny) lens.

You need to look at this stock with no emotion and pure facts. They have around 9 mil left at the end of this quarter and not enough for what they need to do. The strategic investment is going to be a sizeable sum of the next SI raise which would mean the discount should be less with less free options. I don't think the raise will be at 7c but could be at 8.5c with no free options but whatever happens they need to sort this out asap otherwise the market is going to tank pretty quickly
