I am surprised that none of the technical staff have resigned .
They all have a lot of experience and good past records and there is plenty of drilling in the states .
I would think they would be employable else where and it must be frustrating and boring being an explorationist in a business that obviously has put up the white flag about doing any exploration .
I guess they must just be comfortable where they are .
