I don't care whether the stock market is right or wrong, but I know the funds will always be allocated in advance before micro economics change. I think currently Apx is just slowly moving to the fair value price around $1 1*revenue as still not proven revenue stabilization and growth. the only question is new ceo have to bring sth positive about stabilization or growth. turn around 3-5*revenue MC possible if they can prove that. but you right it is time to dig out some good growth stock, that is big money always than big names.
