We should get a clearer picture in the next few weeks. We're low on cash & in the absence of getting monies from Cominiere fines ($30M+) we're now dependent on Locke Capital coming good on the $US20m funding facility by 31 March. It becomes a major challenge for the company if Locke walks away & Cominiere fails to cough up. It's the reality we confront. Let's wait & see.
