one of the key factors (for me at least) when I invest... is the quality of the mgt team to get things done. VMM ticks this box big time. definitely not a director lifestyle mining company like many, many others. so I look at the overall picture - asset is good, mgt good, demand for resource is good, finance to production unknown. good RvR .... absolutely.
