Comparing like for like (using the published information) the 23mm valve performance of the competetors products tells a very clear story. compared to the DurARV results (2.13 mm/ 7.9 mmHg) for their valve (22mm), looking at the 23mm comparisons, the results range from 1.09 mm and 14.97 mmHg (Evolut R) to 1.56 mm and 9.42 mmHg (Sapian). DurARV performance to this size valve resuslts in an EOA 36% - 95% greater (Evolute R and Sapian respectively) and pressure gradient 36% and 16% lower than the same products. Yes, we out perform the larger valves, but a like for like comparison helps (well, helps me anyway).
