    Just to add to this lad, it is ok to not be ok...

    If you are sitting at Nobu with *a few mates, & you're trolling HC, that's a bigger issue & says a lot more about you than it does us.

    If you are struggling lad, reach out to someone. There are hotlines, support groups etc...
