Appen disclosed it to ASX because they have no choice after the ASX enquiry.
ASX is the party ruiner, they made both Appen and Innodata look bad to their shareholders.
ASX is the bloody useless parking ranger that can only issues the tickets.
I guess Innodata is in even worse situation as their shareholders became aware of this proposal from Appen's announcement, not from their own company.
