    If it was something other than MNB dealing dealing with a legitimate party on a larger play, and not in MNB's interest, Minbos would have told them to get nicked and taken the oversubscribed $$ that they originally thought they needed when they embarked on the CR. They had an oversubscribed raising which they could have gone ahead with.
