The capital raise closes tomorrow, so I'm expecting an announcement regarding the amount raised on Monday. They are aiming for $6.6 million, with 1/6 of this underwritten by the current Director, to propel the clearly set out and very logical new strategy. With the SP so low, I'm confident that most major holders will have taken up the offer...

They may well have already selected a talented new CEO, who will be announced following completion of the raise, along with progress with the the recently appointed Contract Manufacturing Organisation in the US.

I see a buying opportunity at the moment...
