trinidad $$$ ?

From the Ann July 2010,

ASX company; Range Resources (RRS), has entered into a Heads of Agreement to acquire a 10% interest of SOCA Petroleum in Trinidad. The holding companies whose subsidiaries hold production licences in producing onshore oilfields in Trinidad and associated drilling equipment and infrastructure.

This purchase was going to bring income and blue sky exploration by buying a company that was currently producing etc etc.

Does anyone know what has/is happening with this alleged purchase?

IMO it looks like another pie in the sky Ann..... something to do when you have not got anything else constructive to do.
