Hardly 3 days ? They have had months if you believe what they have been touting to the market of how well advanced these partnerships negotiations supposedly were .... they knew back when they did the raise in 2023 when the expiry date was and they knew the outcome of the FDA meeting back in February while they waited for the minutes .... again they have had a little more than 3 days ?


..... you are also overlooking the fact that if a partnership was so close then the buy in 'should be at a premium to VWAP' and they could have let these shares lapse as new ones would have been issued for the purpose of the partnership.....


..... lastly, the company claims they had a cash runway of 12+ months, which @Pledge and I called bs on given the two trials about to start so again why the desperation if a partnership was so close ? One is under no illusions that partnership deals take months to set up but again the company continually claims these deals re 'imminent' - they simply cannot be given what has transpired today
