The reason I ask if the money from the raise participants has been withdrawn:
(a) if not, they are fast running ourt of cash!
(b) if there was material bad news (i.e, previous material guidance was changed) in the period between when the raise was called and when the money was collected, they might be in a sticky situation wrt disclosure.
