Ann: TASK agrees to scheme agreement with PAR Technology, page-44

I have mixed feelings. I have a 2 month holiday planned for Europe and am over the moon to have my entire holiday paid for. I do however feel that Task could have got the SP to $0.81 AUD within 18 months. I was happy to wait patiently.

I am not a fan of holding US stocks, as there are things you need to do that you may not have considered. Ensure you put these shares into a custodian account (which can be lots of paperwork and if you don't be prepared to spend some money in lawyers fees is what I have been advised by brokers in NZ to protect your family and make sure they have access to the shares if you did pass. I feel I will just take the cash and let others start their journey on PAR. Plenty of NZ shares that I feel are currently undervalued and I haven't even started looking into it with depth, as I am still in Lala land.
