Page 12 of the full year results presentation provides the disposal information you are after. The breakdown of the six centres pending disposal is:
- 2 from the 2016 IPO
- 1 acquired in 2017
- 3 acquired from Genius in 2021
Four other centres from the 2016 IPO have already been disposed.
None of the four centres acquired in 2023 have been targeted for disposal and management have stated they are performing above expectations.
If you don't believe the above, take it up with Roseanne Healy who, as a director, has approved the board announcements.
