As with every licence there is an expiry date. We have fulfilled all our commitments and licence will be renewed. This is catered for in Mines and Minerals Act and the PEDPA executed in 2021. We have already had it renewed in 2021. They are 3 year terms
On funding as per yesterday Ann there is substantial interest from local investors and that is being coordinated by Mangwana and will be settled in short term. They are term holders that see the strategic importance and value of our assets, and also potential partners waiting on PPSA execution. None of it happens overnight but we always deliver

OTP- Also, just curious if you or the other directors are taking any of the rights or shortfall? Or if you are eligible with blackouts etc.?

SM- Shortfall

OTP- Great. I think that will help sentiment a lot. Is that still running for the 3 months? Are you allowed to announce you have applied?

SM- Can place shortfall up to 3 months from close. And yes can announce once applied as will require approval

OTP- Cheers. I know you’re still planning and contracting for well testing. Still looking at Q2 or more likely Q3 now?

SM- Will provide timing once design and procurement and contacting done
Also. The lifting of sanctions on Zimbabwe by the US last week and calls in UK for similar review to lift them and the timing of our discovery is a remarkable coincidence

OTP- No such thing as coincidences?
Sanctions now on certain people instead of the country I believe. Do you see that as beneficial for the nation and IVZ?

SM- Of course. Zim allowed back onto the SWIFT banking system and multi lateral lenders and large instos

OTP- Like you say, excellent timing

They say the major factor between success and failure in the most well prepared, greatest companies is timing.

Timing may well be just perfect here. Lets hope so.
