IMUGENE CHART. TA only, page-30636

In my Opinion:
I would stay clear of IMUOD’s as the strike price is fast approaching. I don’t doubt that IMU can be worth more than that strike price (45c) in the future, but trials take time and key SP catalyst’s will probably occur after this time. I hope it comes sooner of course, but for me there is just too much risk in assuming a 300%+ rise by August 31.

A mix of IMUOE’s and heads is optimal. Why? Assuming the price of IMU is higher then it is now here are a few situations :

If an asset is bought by BP and a special dividend is offered:
- only heads can get any special dividends. Depending on the deal could be a large proportion.
- Heads can be sold to convert the options. Eg @ a $1 SP 9 options could be exercised for each head sold.
- (have to factor in if the options are trading at more then the special dividend to be received)

if the share price just rises:
- options provide more leverage, and thus more upside. Would be more beneficial in this scenario.

if the share price stays flat until 2026.
- options lose their value, while heads hold their value. Worse for options if the SP falls.

I hold 80% heads and 20% IMUOE. I cannot tell when or what Imugene will be worth in the future, but for the reasons above I want to be able to excise them if needed and also have some leverage. And of course I wouldn’t be invested in BIO if I didn’t believe it would be worth a lot more in the future.

If trading, I would stick with heads just because the liquidity makes positions easier to exit and enter.
