It's important that people are aware of facts and not misleading information which can prompt people to make bad decisions.

If that's what we're looking at then 50% of SER's total MC is tied up in investments which they can cash out for funding.

Last quarterly also had them with over $1.3M in cash in the bank, they could very well have somewhere around $3.5M in cash and investments. This is great for a $5M company.

I'm eagerly awaiting that TSX listing - even better if it moonshots when listed as IPO's often do.
