Its not as good as you make out as you have to add the $21/t (plus interest) onto the production (mining and processing) cost when assessing the investment. There is a good chance that it will make a good investment if coking coal prices hold up, but lower iron ore prices are currently dragging down the met coal prices. China not helping. I think long term that it is a great buy, but there could be some significant ups and downs along the way.
