Ann: Extension of Voluntary Suspension, page-26

Don't mean to be rude mate, but this Dan Jauncey went into hiding, nobody knows where he is, never answers emails, never returns phone calls, this 3 month extension got me thinking, is the company really in talks with other financial institutions for a favourable outcome for shareholders as said in the announcement or is it history ?

Not many people seem to care on here about the 3 months extension..... why 3 months ?

What about an operational or a company update.
