I think he is referring to what is left in the Bushvelt other than Garatau and Tubatse is scraps.
Lets face it the combined projects will produce 1m oz of platinum for over 50 years at a low cost base. Does that sound like scrap?
It is most likely Xstrata exerting pressure on NKP.
We will know soon re BFS final valuation BUT only for Garatau.
