Revised version : I assume that the breadboard is under the back edge of the computer tilting it up and leaving a bigger air gap underneath. I usually have a fan going in the room when it's hot to increase the air circulation, even in an air conditioned room. Also check that the air vents are not partially blocked by accumulating the bits of dust and fluff that seem to come from out of nowhere. A vacuum cleaner can solve that one in a blink of an eye. Onwards and upwards.
