    anyone think price will be held here until funding for development is confirmed. Cash is getting spent need oil to flow to pay for things. I know some companies like to have a buffer just in case things don't go to plan . dilution at these levels might not be palatable for some but somehow brokers know how to make the sp go up when they are onboard
