I would dispute the “misleading offset and financing announcement” that you claim. It was in plain English - the stage 1 OT was binding to GC for 5 years. The finance offer was at glencores discretion and subject to DD. Lots of commentators here noted it as such immediately. I thought, and still think, it would happen, but naively did not expect this long for DD.

Maybe technically JP didn’t found the company, I’m not sure on the ancient Dempsey history, but in all reality HMW is the company and JP made it what it is, from nothing.

Smoke and mirrors or a positive outlook ? You have to have conviction to pull something like HMW off. Unwavering belief. I’d give mgmt the benefit of the doubt.
