Pretty sure it’s all barged in
it’s going to be few years before all the bitumen roads are in and even then there will be load limits and road closures during the wet ( last I heard )
the cost of freight to those areas in the cape is frightening sea transport is prohibitively expensive as is air freight ( think in terms of $700 per pallet to Thursday Island -$10,000 to charter a plane capable of loading 1000 kg )
