The statement indicates that the board believes that the discussions taking place with partners are market sensitive and are therefore in a self-imposed blackout period. I believe that once an announcement is made the buy back will continue in some form as the CFO indicated. I don't think we will do 15% (just an opinion).
Hiddenvalue may well be on the money as to what negotiations are taking place.(good pick up)
