In short, the upcoming Preliminary Economic Analysis (also called a scoping study) will provide insight into what the resource is worth $ in the ground, and what it will take $ to get it out. It will take the future value of the asset and put it in todays dollars (Net Present Value). Market cap speculation would come from that anticipated value.
