For shareholders, would the shareholders shares be compromised if "us"(shareholders) go against the company?
did some reading on similar action but it seems a little bit confusing.
would opting out and doing nothing for this class action entitled you to keep all the shares?
my concern is potential of losing my shares as of the final decision of this action case.
please advice regarding this matter
