Was just looking a little closer at Jane/GW's 603.

What can be gleaned is the following:

• He owns just over 25% of Dante Resources Pty Ltd, the vendor of the Dante Project
• He invested an ADDITIONAL $316k buying stock on market following the vend (average 4.6c)

It can be inferred given his non-lodgement of a 604 following the placement that he participated in proportion to his pre-placement percentage holding of 8.18%.
This means that he cut a cheque for an additional approx $170k.
So they have invested a cool $500k in round numbers.

GW has VERY DEEP pockets, is VERY LONG TERM & is no mug.
He knows why he paid 4.6c before a placement was on the horizon & he knows why he has built this position.
It can be concluded from this that a wealthy, experienced, switched on holder of GCX knows EXACTLY why they're buying & it's safe to assume the stock is barely out of the blocks.
