it’s a real issue.
however, I would presume it would be near impossible and expensive….. and that is why it happens.
the BOD did not meet many of its own governance items, example - annual performance appraisal of MD/ CEO. Asleep at the wheel.
CEO told porkies ….. illustrated by the swift removal of content …. Ie interviews etc from website.
interestingly …… most of the key issues are here, catalogued on HC in the form of commentary and musings of engaged shareholders.
just needs someone to look.
