Actually, the last property bubble in australia was in 1890, when it poped it took out several Australian banks with it. then the one we have now in 2010.
that means people who bought in 1890 had to wait 120 years till the next bubble (which is now) to break even.
So whats the chances of breaking even in 10 years when bubbles are always so far appart?
