More back of the napkin calculations. It’s been speculated around 6-7c raise. Were that the case and it was successful with the lenders terms met - that would amount to $1.7m worth of shares as a FEE for the $5m loan. Effective interest 33% not including options.
But if that’s what it took to stay solvent, it is what it is…
