I have another theory like why they placed the order in Dec 23 before or after they met with thai government regarding TAFTA settlement?

I think we need to show Thai government that we lost significant of money due to closer as follows
p 1 refub $20m (approximately)
p2 refub $25m (approximately)
employees cost due to late approval 2 months $10m (approximately)
equipment replacement $62m ( on report)
legal cost $100m (approximately)

Total $217m aud we will ask for compensation as they want us to close the case.

we can’t say revenue lost because gold is still out there and price gone up.
