Thanks for bringing this to our attention and it is good to see a response from the company to Mr Ward's statement.
Perhaps this will be announced on the ASX on Monday morning?
I disagree with you on Mr Ward's statement. I think it is reasonably clear and you have to remember that the companies act only allows the Director statement to be a maximum of 1,000 words. It wouldn't surprise me if Mr Ward would have liked to write more or expand on some of the concerns he expressed.
