You don't generally attempt to liquidate $1.3m in a very illiquid speculative stock in the closing few minutes on a Friday afternoon.
It seems more likely just an attempt to test for any remaining cheap stock on offer, but you never know.
Could be a good opportunity for management to snaffle up some of those shares they are now required to hold personally.
