Putin is the fascist dictator of Russia, what he says now goes, how does full support, or no support for that matter, make a difference?
Considering those Nazi’s you claim are attacking Russia are Russian, that means they became Nazi’s in Russia. Maybe Putin shouldn’t foster and nurture fascism in Russia and hr wouldn’t have the Nazi problem he has today.
