More to the point does he have any technical evidence behind his position? It sounds like complete nonsense to me.
Galan says 40,000l of brine becomes 10l of chloride, not a whole lot left to require re-injection.
He seems to only understand the Fenix DLE setup and not even his own Sal De Vida ponds based operation, reading the technical study for that there is zero mention of re-injection, likely because just like at Galan it's all be evaporated!
