in theory I like the idea for off-label use and great thinking. Practically this can be hard to implement as you are unable to promote / market off-label and insurance companies will look at anyway they can to deny the claim. Hopefully won’t be our concern with PAA providing proof of concept for AD as part of MND deal. If there are clinical trials running at the time makes sense to enter and get the treatment for free!
