The ramp up was originally expected to be finished by Aug last year from memory and as we know that didn't happen. There was an agreement to split the earlier shipments but the obligation to provide 113,000t over the full year wasn't changed, PLL has obligations with their own customers, happy to be corrected.
By January PLL had recieved 56,000t and I expect they will recieve the balance over the rest of the financial year.
Best work on the assumption that PLL will recieve their full entitlement for this FY as per the OTA untill its proved otherwise and I very much doubt it will be..
