I've sighted a brokers report in the past 10 days that indicates 27.5c is practically the bear case.
The JPower offer leaves most of the Bulli Creek project scope out of its offer, worth a minimum of an extra 4 cents.
in addition the 15 year $610m NAIF funding (which doesn't start until commissioning of K2PH) of less than 3% is a competitive advantage over anyone else looking to get such funding now.
Being on the board already, JPower would already know this. It doesn't appear reasonable that JPower basically has such inside information and might get away with a fire sale.
Let's hope the expert opinion takes the above in to consideration, and shareholders get to see it.
