Pretty standard behaviour by Australian Governments. Talk big and then procrastinate until it’s (almost) too late.
But, you know, weren’t we lucky not have given grants to that tech company that closed its doors. Our fiscal responsibility is to our taxpayers…blah…blah…blah.
There’s a reason Australia is the way it is when it comes manufacturing and innovation.
