If illegal or improper conduct by executives is suspected then surely an order to seek to prevent any EBR share sales by them or their beneficiaries could be made. Their stock could be transferred after a class action or financial compensation and sold off to fund the company.
Canceling their options would also decrease any dilution if a capital raise to pay off the loan and fund operations is needed.
