• Q1 Revenue - $8.4M
• GM% - 79%. New suppliers, new sales team, new target market is creating economies of scale, economies of learning, cost compression, and improved purchasing power
• Negative Operating Cash Flow - $2.2M
• BEP 3rd or 4th 1/4 2024

• The GPO is the game changer - only our second full quarter it has been in full effect, with 1600 hospitals and 43,000 alternative sites! Reports are the GPO is in very high demand of XPERIENCE & BlastX
• The DME is in an expansion, with a second site underway to manage the demand of the DME orders!
• Further Publications of Clinical Research in 2024 with enhance the recognition in the medical community
• New sales team in critical states to increase quality of sales and revenue. Already selling in 40 states of America and increasing
• TBH (Acne) has gone National and International in global stores. We have secured a new commercial arrangement (Royalties) with TBH as per the recent presentation by IV. We have diversified income streams that are building phenomenal CAGR..
• Direct wound care sales were up 411% yoy due to the first full year of the DME!!!
• The extended Walker family have committed to the long-term future of NXS (Largest Shareholder)
• We save lives and improve patient outcomes; and reduce re-admissions. We have a solution to the global problem of Biofilm in a growing TAM of $12.5B! The USA alone does 50M surgeries PA which will benefit from our XBIO technology; and has already done so over the last four years..
• The re-rate will be in 2024. The share price will look after itself. It will trade well over the IPO of a $1 once Cash Flow positive. As of the 1st of Jan 2024, we had $9.24 M in cash with Zero debt. For a growth company to have Zero debt - very very rare!!!!!...
• IV is a Global Leader, a Global Influencer in this market, with a Global Team who is based directly in the USA. Don't underestimate this positive change agent. It hasn't even been 9 months under the new Leadership Team.
