Rick Rule appeared on a Money Miners YouTube -- episode uploaded yesterday. He was asked about zinc as an investment, and specifically about S32's Hermosa development (@ 01:04:38):
Interviewer: "S32 just pulled the trigger on a huge zinc project. What do you think about investing in zinc at the moment?"Rick: "Oh, I like zinc. I'm less fond of Arizona (as a jurisdiction). It's a nice deposit by the way. I'm very familiar with it; and I was a pretty major shareholder of the company which sold that deposit to them."
