I am interested how others see this. In my view the three other players have one interest and that is to get their hands on the phosphate deposit. Avenira may be seen as a necessary means to an end - FIRB maybe wouldn’t allow them to gain control of the asset directly. I’m not sure they see Avenira as a company or management team that adds much value for them but they deal through them because they have to?
