project scope will be altered and environmental Bond will increased substantially.. I don't understand even after seeing such huge increase in Patrol and Gas price.. people still thinking about marine life..what about human life.. this project was inspect by top most Norwegian and Scotland off shore engineering company and they cleared it...so poor political will.. just Say Yes or No..
Carr Labor government gave life to Pep 11 in 2001..doubt Labor government will kill this project..
