Totally agree. And it also shows that CSAM team is smart - they get paid 10% to wait and can convert later at $0.54. If it goes pear shape, they cash it in. If it goes well, then they are already in the money on conversion and enjoy 10% for their time.
But the big one is that they are willing to release the tenement from the loan security to allow the JV to go ahead.
