The initial EPM granted under the abandoned mines program is for a term of 5 years. There was an additional condition "...requiring the EPM holder to provide a report to the Minister, within three years of the grant of the tenure, detailing the assessment of viability of re-commercialising mining activities at the Wolfram Camp mine site. "
My understanding of this is that the usual EPM expenditure requirements are not required until this report is submitted.
