He normally puts the extension out on the day of offer expiry, RG has gone early this time, he must be a little annoyed.
If I’m not mistaken he could just put the extension out to September which then would give him the option to stop at anytime if he was to reach his magic number, but it’s just a tactic to do it this way to frustrate share holders.
